All seat reservations will be final and no changes will be allowed.  Please be patient, confirmation emails will be sent within 24 hours.  Please provide us your first and second preference for your test date/time.

 

ATI RN Comprehensive Predictor Check-Off List

Before Day of Testing

Step 1 - Create ATI Account (please refer to screen snapshots below on "How to Create a New Account") ***Under the field "Institution", you must select "Lamar State College – Port Arthur ADN"***

Step 2 – Ensure you have a valid proof of ID (only two forms of ID will be accepted – Valid Driver’s License or a Valid Passport)

Step 3 - Ensure you have a credit card or debit card to pay for exam the day of testing

Step 4 – Please schedule your own testing date/time using the "Lamar State College ADN – ATI RN Comp Predictor Testing Sites" document sent to you

Day of Testing

Step 1 – You must bring your valid proof of ID (only two forms of ID will be accepted – Valid Driver’s License or a Valid Passport)

Step 2 – You must pay for the proctoring fee at testing site (TBD by each testing site)

Step 3 - You must bring your credit card or debit card in order to pay for the ATI Comprehensive Predictor (ATI Exam Fee is $45)

Step 4 – Payment for the ATI RN Comprehensive Predictor will be completed online through your ATI Account by using an ID and Password that will be provided by each testing site the day of testing ***There will be no payment needed for the ATI Comprehensive Predictor prior to the day of testing***

 

General Information

  • Applicants will be required to pay $40 test administration fee in cash to the test center and $45 testing fee to ATI using a credit card.

  • Report 30 minutes before your test appointment time at your designated testing site.

  • Please bring your appointment email, and a valid government issued photo ID with signature.

  • Food, drinks, hats, calculators, notes, books, and any kind of electronic devices are not allowed in the testing labs.

  • Cell phones are prohibited in the test center, and this policy is strictly enforced.  If you bring one then you will need to leave it in your vehicle.
